Yes its true! A-1 Auto & Collision is setting the standard in innovative programs to better service our customers. Think about it. What better way to handle your unfortunate accident then by having our Concierge service take care of all your needs?

We feel if we perform our services to the best of our ability, exceeding your expectations, you will refer your friends and family.

How does it work?
Its SIMPLE. If your within a 10 mile radius of our facility, We will:

• Schedule pick up of your vehicle and bring it to our facility.
  *additional charges may apply for non-driveable vehicles
• Schedule pick up or drop off with Enterprise of your rental car
  *approved coverage applies
• Negotiate with your adjuster doing the estimate on the best practices of repairs.
• Perform and Complete the repairs per the negotiated insurance estimate.
• Wash your vehicles exterior and clean and vacuum the interior.
• Call to schedule delivery of your vehicle back to you.

**Concierge “Gold” Program:
While our concierge program is free to our customers who request it, our “Concierge Gold” program offers all the same features and more. For an additional fee of $200.00 for the gold program, you will receive:

• All the services of our Concierge Program
• **New OEM parts replacement
• Oil Change
• Complete detail:
  Exterior Wash and wax, Interior clean and vacuum, carpet spot removal, dash and seats cleaned and dressed, trunk vacuumed, wheels cleaned and tires dressed, engine and engine compartment cleaned and dressed.

** this only applies to aftermarket parts and reconditioned parts figured on the original estimate and price is negotiable with OEM dealer. Does not include LKQ assemblies and may not be applicable on all terms and conditions. Fees are in addition to any deductables that apply.

Lets face it, where else can you go for this level of service? There are no other Collision Facilities or Dealers Collision Facilities that offer a Concierge Program.

Why do we offer this service?
Again, its simple. Accidents are no fun. Dealing with insurance adjusters sometimes can be an unpleasant experience. And more often than not, VERY time consuming. After you have made the initial claim and given your recorded statement to your adjuster, you should never have to speak with them again regarding your vehicle.
